We are excited and proud to announce the upcoming performance of Narges Mohammadi on Sunday, 19 September 2021. In the exhibition In Your Touch, I Remain, alongside the works of Riun Jo, Solenne Tadros, Suyoung Yang, and Emmeline de Mooij, Mohammadi presents her new, site-specific work In Gratitude. Her performance connects closely to In Gratitude, where she applied in reassuring gestures layers of plaster onto the monumental structures. In a similar manner and in reference to the history of chocolate, by using chocolate as a material for sculpture, Narges Mohammadi attempts to become a sculpture by merging herself with the material.
